50 to 150 lbs: ½ Dropper Full (15 mg)
150+ lbs: 1 Dropper Full (30mg)
Directions:
Hold under tongue for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing. Increase weekly until desired results are achieved. May take 30 days to experience full results. Best if taken daily. Shake gently before each use.
